Administrative Staff
Team CHAMP offers full time administrative staff that are available during business hours. Our expanded team allows for superior customer service and more attention to the task which we’ve been selected to complete by you!
*Centurion® Award – In order to achieve this award, an agent must close 60 – 119 units or earn $190,000 – $379,999 in Adjusted Gross Commission during the calendar year.
**Hall of Fame Award – Individuals who qualified for CENTURION® Producer at least once prior to January 1, 2004 must qualify for CENTURION Producer five out of the last seven years to be inducted into the CENTURY 21 Canada Masters Hall of Fame.
***Masters Diamond Award – Individuals qualify for Masters Diamond status by earning between $176,000 and $208,999 in GCC or between 50 and 59 award units within a calendar year.

Bill Stevenson is a Team Champ Sales Representative specializing in all aspects of Real Estate in the Kingston area. Bill is a long time Kingston resident graduate of Queen’s University where he received a degree in English & Political Science.

After seeking bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, earned 30 years experience of dealing in planning and construction management of large housing and infrastructure projects.
Migrating to Canada in 2002 was the turning point in my and my family’s life. I started practicing as real estate sales representative in 2006 with “Century 21, Peoples Choice Realty” in Etobicoke, Toronto, beside performing quality management responsibilities with renowned precast organizations in Southern Ontario.
Despite shared devotion of time to real estate, my accomplishments in this profession were far above average during next 05 years, when I was able to successfully close numerous sale / purchase deals of residential properties for my clients as well as commercial leases of pizza stores across Southern Ontario for a large American Pizza Chain till start of 2011. In January 2013, I moved to Alberta for pursuing targets in “Oil and Gas” field for managing Company’s projects in Alberta and abroad.
I am now back in Kingston as a full time Sales Representative, zealous to serve the community with full of my abilities by using tons of diversified experience in 02 professions (Real Estate & Housing), which are closely knitted with each other.
It will also not be out of place to mention here that beside having command on English Language, I am good at speaking Urdu and Punjabi languages as well.
